    This was an opportunity missed. If the BHTA had been on the ball we could have given this ‘Accidental Tourist’ a good time, shown her around the island. It was already a worldwide story, but we could have made this into a feel good story if we were ready.

    God, just give me some leadership and vision around this place!

    Good idea. There should be sort of a BHTA “flying squad” to deal with tourist mishaps, injuries, deaths and publicity opportunities.
