I get the feeling that as long as Barbados remains the size that it is, the cases where ‘conflicts of interest’ are broached will only increase. Everyone’s gotta eat… not saying it’s, it’s just what it is; and Barbados isn’t getting any bigger any time soon.

So Harlequin has not actually addressed any of the detailed factual issues on the Harlecon website. Instead, its all a lie by a crook.
Personally, I find the amount of detail on Harlecon quite convincing.
That was a great factual defense by Harlequin!
Instead of dealing with facts on a point by point basis, its all about some guy that has a grudge against them and threatening him with libel chill.
What about all the others who claim they were “screwed” by Harlequin or is this all coming from a lone fraudster?
Talk to us about all the people who are satisfied and happy with your services and the projects that went smoothly and what you are doing to fix those projects with problems?
This is what a normal press release sets out to do as part of its corporate responsibility and governance.
They should read the landmark case in Canada where a judge recently ruled that reposting or linking to a website which libel does not equate to libel.
Just get the fraud witness Trisha and her retarded brother back in London and pic-pocket jailbird husband back to jail.
