Barbados news media discovers Barbados Free Press & WikiLeaks…
Short and sweet, okay?
Our stories…
December 20, 2010 – Wikileaks Barbados: US Embassy Bridgetown sent alert on Sir Allen Stanford three years before arrest.
“Sir Allen Stanford’s companies are rumored to engage in bribery, money laundering, and political manipulation.”
December 27, 2010 – Barbados DLP and BLP must return proceeds of crime to Allen Stanford’s victims
January 11, 2011 – Former US Ambassador Mary Kramer writes book about time in Barbados
The Nation
June 9, 2011 – Wikileaks: Barbados warned about Stanford
“Stanford’s “companies are rumored to engage in bribery, money laundering, and political manipulation.”
So is the Barbados Free press really Wikileaks or the US Embassy? I’m confused.
Since when has BFP engaged in any real journalism.
50% of the stories on this blog are rehashed from the Nation or the Advocate.
The other 50% come from simple google news searches of the word “Barbados”.
Plus the odd reader submission.
Keep up the good work…
What a sad lot you all are, BFP.
