MP Lashley – Sex and homosexuality on TV: bad. Fellow government Minister’s internet porn business: No Problem!

SexSearch.com – Health Minister Inniss made money from this business

“We believe that Minister Inniss’ business history makes him unacceptable to represent and lead the people of Barbados.

Minister of Family Stephen Lashley says that too much sexuality and promotion of homosexuality is reaching our young people through home television. Well, before Minister Lashley starts cleaning up the world he might want to take a good look closer to home.

Fellow DLP Member of Parliament and Minister of Health Donville Inniss made a ton of money in the online sex industry, but Minister Lashley doesn’t seem to be concerned about his friend’s vile business history and slimy associates. Whatever we see on television is NOTHING compared with the degradation of women and loss of human dignity that characterizes the shameful business that Minister Inniss chose for himself before being embraced by the DLP as an “ideal candidate”.

We believe that Minister Inniss’ business history makes him unacceptable to represent and lead the people of Barbados.

Is this also not a case of the pot calling the kettle black?

  2. genie out of the bottle

The porn industry has been active since the inception of the internet.

The Minister’s time would have been better spent talking about strengthening family and long term relationship programming than trying to control something he cannot.

As I said before. All it will take is one- legal case from a Barbadian to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights to have the whole gay marriages thing legal in Barbados. Wait and see. They tried to get rid of the death penalty I bet they will make an equally unpopular decision on gay marriage in Barbados too.

@genie out of the bottle: Did you ever hear about there being a certain Porn/news site that was operating from Barbados? I forget the name now.

Is it really true that this minister is involve in pornography. Is it really his because if it is the government of Barbados is really an immoral and unethical group to allow the likes of this minister to represent the people when his value systems are a mispresentation of the ideals he is trying to portray. Sick and disgusting is what I would call it

Only in this country, this bulls…t can happen. Every blinking day some joke politician talking about ‘the rule of law’ or ‘you must do the right thing’, ‘do what’s right for the community’, ‘have integrity’. what a flipping waste.

I ave followed this issue for for years andfind t hilarious. I commend Minister Inniss for ignoring BFP and BLP on this issue. Really, if any individual in Barbados, especially an opposition politician, was truly involved in porn, there is no way he or she would have avoided prosecution. The BLP was in charge when these accusations were made. why did they not prosecute Inniss back then? It is all a red herring.

It must take a lot for Minister Inniss and his family to pt up with these accsations over and over again. Where is the evidence BFP?

As a young man from a poor family, Inniss armed himself with 2 degrees, worked around he world and settled home to manage local and international businesses. I worked with him in the US and UK and saw how passionate he was about promoting Barbados for business. Many of the offshore companies located in Barbados and now managed by lawyers and accountants can attribute their presence to his promotional efforts.

We need to move on from this and get on to serious business.

btw: the website under conssideration was not produced in or marketed from or managed from Barbados. The Barbados company was merely a shareholder company of a Canadian company according to my research. BFP would be surprise at the number of adult companies in the Caribbean and who control them.

Mia would not be surprise though.

I dont understand the analogy at all. Minister Lashey is the one who is speaking on the matter. so why draw the Minister of Health into this matter.

My question is did he undertake the activity while he was Minister of Health, and have you heard the Minister of Health speaking on this subject or Minister Lashley. Hence the attack should be on Minister Lashley and Minister Inniss should not have entered the equation.

We just can’t have discussions on serious issues in Barbados without getting into the gutter. BFP is becoming a rag tag blog site.

With all the challenges we have regarding delinquent youth, bullying, bad attitudes, fighting in public, disrespect for law and order, Barbados needs to do all at all levels to reign in the sad state of affairs.

Attention should be drawn to the deafening silence of Prime Mnister Stuart. I actually find his stance to be highly disrespectful and distasteful. he is behaving like an acting PM. if he is not up to he task of leading this island then he should gracefully step aside.

It seems as if Mr Innis did not do anything illegal. I would not want to make money that way ,but if he felt that he needed to get rich rich by engaging in the porn industry, that is a matter for him and God.
