Did someone forget to pay the internet bill?
Dear Barbados Free Press,
I’m trying to get to the online edition of the Barbados Advocate at http://www.barbadosadvocate.com/ and I’m seeing a notice that the domain name expired and is “parked” for renewal.
When you follow the link to DomainBank, it says,
“This domain has expired.
It will be deleted in the next few days. If you are the owner of this domain, you still have a chance to renew it.
barbadosadvocate.com Expires 23Jun10″
Is it the same for you? What happened?
Could it be as simple as nobody paid the bill to the internet company? How embarrassing for the Barbados Advocate.
Wahloss!!!

Confirmed, visited myself just now…. LMAO 😉

Look a bit deeper first everyone. The section with the online paper is still up: http://www.barbadosadvocate.com/todayspaper/default.asp
Perhaps it’s problems with the host changing configurations.
Looks like it is registered, but I keep getting a message that the server can`t be found..something ain`t right.
It’s back online, with two video commercials they have, but still w/o a Search Engine 😦
