Barbados Government Ignores Christian Persecution – Takes Hush Money
A nearly completed Christian church building in Xiaoshan district has been demolished by the Communist Chinese government and about 60 Christian leaders imprisoned as China continues to battle unregulated Christianity.
On the same day as the church was destroyed – July 29, 2006 – five dozen Christian leaders were arrested. On August 4, 2006, three more Christians were arrested. Many others have “disappeared”.
One woman, Wang Aizhen, of Kanshan town, remains hospitalized with broken chest bones after being beaten by riot police during the July 29 church demolition, says China Aid – a Christian organization that monitors persecution in Communist China.
Barbados Government Supports Communist Chinese – In Exchange For Money
On Friday, July 28, 2006, the government of Communist China announced that Barbados and nine other Caribbean countries had signed a joint communique supporting the communist’s position on taking over democratic Taiwan. China has been giving money to Barbados for over a decade now – even providing equipment and training to our Royal Barbados Police Force. (Now there is a scary thought).
The current Barbados Government appears happy to take money from a despotic regime that imprisons and murders our Christian brothers and sisters in China.
While Mia Mottley and Prime Minister Owen Arthur are content to remain silent in exchange for cash, we are not – and we suspect that the majority of Bajans would see it our way if only they knew.
