This is unbelievable a person who has never been before the Court is put on a $10,000.00 bail on a streaking charge, while someone – who has been before the Court only a few months ago an assault charge if I remember correctly – charged with rape is given bail of $7,500.

The charge would be exposure of a deadly weapon with intent to cause serious bodily harm upon the assault – Charge 350.00 and a warning for a private showing.
