Barbados Prime Minister’s Latest Jet Charter – No Transparency, Potential Conflict of Interest

UPDATED AGAIN – Now Someone Claims PM Did Not Take A Private Jet

What is the real story about this trip to New York, the last trip to New York (which was on a bizjet) and the trip to Trinidad (again on a bizjet)? Without transparency the citizens of Barbados will never really know.

Despite Thompson’s promise to adopt a Ministerial Code from day one, his government continues to operate in exactly the same closed manner as the previous BLP government. There are no rules. There is no transparency and no accountability. Ministers are still able to accept gifts from persons who do business with the government.

In terms of integrity rules, transparency and accountability, nothing has changed from the last BLP administration.

Nothing.

Here is the latest rumour, this time by “Inkwell”.

Once again folks, without ITAL – citizens are still being fed dribs and drabs of information from the high and mighty.

Prime Minister David Thompson and a team from the Central Bank flew to New York on Sunday 2oth April on American Airlines Flight 1384, which departs Barbados at 8.55 p.m and not on anybody’s private jet.

If BFP had done a little basic investigation, this fact would have been revealed, but the writer chose to grab the opportunity to jump on his self righteous soap box in his eagerness to pursue his crusade.

I am embarrassed for him and can only hope that he will attempt to redeem himself by offering the Prime Minister and readers of this blog an unreserved apology prior to banning himself from blogging for a minimum of two years

If Wishing in Vain does not know that his PM traveled on a commercial airline on this occasion, he can’t be much of a government insider, only a pathetic yardfowl trying to make himself look important.

I guess also this is the last we will hear from Time will Tell, so he won’t be able to put egg all over the BFP face again.

    Cheers

    ******************

    BFP says,

If that is so… that the PM took American Airlines – then we are much happier than the times he took the private jets.

Perhaps he is learning that appearances count.

NOW… if we could have all the details on his previous trip to New York using a private jet, that would show that he is also transparent and accountable.

Can we have someone official make a statement please?

UPDATED: Scroll to bottom for details of PM’s Private New York Meeting

According to BFP Reader “Time Will Tell”, Prime Minister David Thompson is off to New York on a chartered jet – owned by a person who does business with the Government of Barbados. Here is what Time Will Tell wrote…

LAST NIGHT PRIME MINISTER THOMPSON LEFT BARBADOS FOR NEW YORK….. ON BOARD A CHARTERED FLIGHT OWNED BY NONE OTHER THAN; KUFFIN SIMPSON

CENTRAL BANK OF BARBADOS
Board of Directors and Senior Officers
BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Sir Kyffin Simpson KA, CBE, Hon. LL. D (UWI)
Mr. Elson A. Gaskin, LLB. (UWI) L.E.C. Legal Counsel / Secretary to the Board

BFP…. DO YOU NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THIS LIST ?

DLP Thompson Government vs. BLP Arthur/Mottley Government – Can You Tell The Difference?

There must be rules, standards and transparency about the use of corporate jets by members of our government. There must be rules, standards and transparency about government members receiving gifts and benefits from individuals and businesses.

Corporations and individuals do not loan biz jets to governments or government members out of the goodness of their hearts. When the details of such arrangements are kept secret from the citizens, there is opportunity for abuse and corruption.

If David Thompson and the DLP are to retain achieve the image of being ethical, transparent and accountable that they cultivated and promised during the election, they must now reveal to the citizens of Barbados…

1/ The owner of the corporate jet(s) used for the New York and Trinidad & Tobago trips.

2/ The overall costs of the trips no matter who is paying for them. Such costs are to include not only the fixed costs but also the flight hours costs including crewing, fuel, insurance, depreciation and maintenance.

3/ The details on who paid which costs.

Mr. Prime Minister, you said that you and your government were going to be transparent and accountable.

We are waiting for the details about your recent use of corporate aircraft.

“Trust us” is not good enough.

  3. Anon

You must have noticed by now that things are pre January15. PM and Ministers fly off to foreign lands, the public knows not when they leave, what they are going for, who is acting PM…NOTHING..and I hear some nonsense about security issues an their families. Why do we have a police force. We the tax payers have a right to know, come on let’s have some transparency here..

  4. So Long

What amazes me is when you look at the quals.

Look at the academic members of the board. PhD, BA, BSc, LL. M, FCCA and so on. Pretty F** impressive.

And look at the richest member on the board, responsible for bringing into Barbados more foreign into Barbados than the rest combined.

    Can’ get it ornstan’.

  5. Donald Duck, Esq

Is Sir Kyffin not a director of firstcaribbean. if so how can he be a director of the regulator of firstcaribbean?

  6. reality check

While transparency in not as ingrained an ethic as it should be in the Caribbean, surely Sir Kyffin has seen the level of accountability and transparency that is required on corporate boards in North America and Europe.

He should be advising these government representatives on how to conduct themselves to meet every level of ITAL including announcements of public
trips method of payments, reasons for trips etc.

  7. Why is every one holding SirKyffin to such a high standard? Did he not horn his own brother and then married his brother’s wife? How is that successive Ministers of Transport and Chairmen of Transport Board were all GIVEN Mercedes and BMWs (from as far back as when Don Blackman was Minister of Transport, which ended with Tom Adams confiscating what then become MP2) AFTER they approved the purchase of Mercedes buses through Simpson Motors? Do also recall that Sir Kyffin had given HIS personal black Mercedes car to Owen Arthur to drive temporarily? If nothing else, the man know how to court/buy hand-to-mouth politicians. And TWT(a chartered accountant) is a personal friend of Debbie Simpson and would know the details as published above.

  8. Sargeant

Careful SLUG!!! Calling all these names under a pseudonym, now Carl Moore will be really mad

  9. The Truth

Sir Kyffin Simpson horned his cousin John B Simpson and married his wife. He has paid off many ministers and board members of the Transport Board for years. Some got cash, JCB tractors and brand new cars. We the tax payers paid for this.

I was prepared to give PM Thompson the benefit of the doubt on a great many things but this situation smacks of cronyism at it’s worst. Thompy has been around a long time in the political game and is most certainly aware of all the issues surrounding Sir Kyffin’s previous “gifts” and therefore, possible manipulation of previous governments in order to further his business interests. I expected better of Thompy and am very disappointed that he would sully his reputation as a man who can’t be bought.
Even if there is more to this story than meets the eye, it is the perception that will undermine the confidence that people had in him.

  12. Tony Hall

I just came from Fleur de Lis. What private meeting? The PM met and interacted with Barbadian nationals, persons from both sides of the political divide. He outlined in a short speech that he was having a meeting with (if my memory serves me well) the Inter-Americam Development Bank to apprise them of the situation with the economy. I see nothing wrong with him travelling on Simpson’s jet. Some of you guys on this blog are full of it.

  13. So Long

    Sorry Tony Hall,
You miss the point. Travel on the jet yes but pay for it like every one else. in other words ‘no f** favours!

  15. Tony Hall

    So Long,
You are jumping to conclusions. Have you seen or know of any evidence where the jet was not paid for?

  16. So Long

Tony please. As a Barbadian I need to know that it was paid for at the going rate. Anything less is favouritism. Can you not see what is being said here?

  17. Time will Tell

Furthermore, It was disclosed that the PM will exercise better judgment and return to Barbados on Thursday night via commercial travel…

    Keep the pressure on BFP..

    Tony, You looked great tonight…….

  20. Wishing in Vain

I seem to recall it being stated in no less a place than the Parliament of Barbados that the last time this nonsense came up that the same cost was paid by the taxpayers as if they had flown on a commercial airline service to Trinidad, to which the imposter mottley stated that the landing fees would range in the area of $ 5,000.00 or $ 6,000.00 only to find out further down the line that this thing is a serious liar with no morals because it was later disclosed to me that these landing fees could not reach or exceed BDS $ 200.00 actually more like BDS $ 120.00 was the real cost, while the idiot was willfully lying to the people of Barbados all the while knowing the true cost of the landing fees, is this someone that we can put our trust in someone who is known to lie on such a trivial issue?

When we choose to to serve the public in these forums let us all be rational and be real, for me it makes no difference if Mr.Thompson got there by Mr Simpson’s jet or Mr Parris’s jet or by ABC airlines or space shuttle, more importantly he got there safely and in one piece and even more importantly IT DID NOT COST US MORE THAN A COMMERCIAL AIRLINE SERVICE, we really ought to be happy that we have people who have done well enough in this life in Barbados to be in a position to make offers such as these to assist our Prime Minister in his travels.

We have much more important issues to address such as housing than to waste time on this nonsense.

Let me also say that there can be no comparsion drawn between what we removed from office on the 15 th of January and what we have now, this is a breath of fresh air blowing thru the halls of the gov’t buildings and Parliament, one that is there to do the peoples business not the other way around.

  21. So Long

    A breath of fresh egomaniacs

  22. Tell me Why

….further down the line that this thing is a serious liar with no morals because it was ‘LATER DISCLOSED TO ME’ that these landing fees could not reach or exceed BDS $ 200.00 actually more like BDS $ 120.00 was the real cost, while the idiot was willfully lying to the people of Barbados……
    ………………………………………………………………………………….
WIV, can you please let the blogging family know if you are a government minister or an advisor for one of the ministers or one of the seniors of the party. Your confirmation that something was disclosed to you shows your pulse in the party’s management.

  23. Tell me Why

WIV, if Ms Mottley did in fact give an outrageous $5,000.00 to $6,000.00 as landing fees. The person who believe it will be the idiot. So WIV, bring another lie to substantiate the subject being discussed or you prefer to deal with the $2 million to send back the Ghanaians.

  24. John

    Slug

You are bringing back real memories from the gossip of the 80′s ….. when I was a lad, ….. well ok, not exactly a lad but much younger.

Wasn’t there also a story about some Government car back then that allegedly got riddled with bullets?

  25. Wishing in Vain

I am a concerned citizen as I assume you are and when I heard her mottley lie as she was obviously doing, I made a point of making an inquiry about the true cost and it was revealed to me by gthe authorities in Trinidad, not rocket science my friend and not hearsay as so many like you operate on but factual and real.

You need not worry what I am you need to concentrate more about being honest and straight rather than spreading mistruths and lies as is so common among the blp clan of crooks, and I can state beyond any shadow of doubt that the term CROOKS fully applies to the blp and their hangerons such as , EZRA ALLETNE, HENDERSON BOVELL, CLYDE GRIFFITH, PHILIP GODDARD, DEZIL AGARD, GABBY, HINKSON, KING from the National sports council and the list keeps growing by the day, he is best remembered for providing a dinner for less than a 100 persons and he King hits us the taxpayers for $ 48,000.00 to feed less than a 100 people, disgraceful, is it not disgraceful Henderson Bovell? it is almost as bad as you collecting $ 8,000.00 per month to call in the call in shows to support the blp scamps.

  26. So Long

HENDERSON BOVELL was a D at one time. He can be all that bad. As Fa Gabby… My God come fa ya world…

  27. Wishing in Vain

if Ms Mottley did in fact give an outrageous $5,000.00 to $6,000.00 as landing fees

It is a document of the house, she said the lie, check it when you get thru with your mistruths here, it may actually stun you this thing called the truth, you and your lot are strangers to it.

  28. PiedPiper

I find it very disingenuous of you WIV to pretend that you do not see the obvious conflict in the PM accepting private jet transportation from either Mr. Simpson or Mr. Parris. The man who holds the highest office in the land should not give the appearance of being “in bed” with those who would influence government policy without actually being either elected or appointed to government. Even if the government is paying for the PM’s transportation on these jets, it is still seen as a “perk” provided by those who possibly expect a return on their “investment”.

  29. Wishing in Vain

The real difference here is that this is DAVID THOMPSON and NOT OWEN ARTHUR, he ARTHUR was saleable for anything and to anyone, no so Mr Thompson.

The new goverance has no room for dishonesty in office so unlike the last group who seemed to live to steal from us the taxpayers.

  30. Nevermind pretzels

Wishing In Vain said “When we choose to to serve the public in these forums let us all be rational and be real, for me it makes no difference if Mr.Thompson got there by Mr Simpson’s jet or Mr Parris’s jet or by ABC airlines or space shuttle, …”

How quickly he has changed his tune since the election! He was all for transparency and was appalled at the conflicts of interest of the BLP government.

During the election and before, Wishing in Vain understood that things must be seen to be proper, but now that his party has what they want all of a sudden conflicts of interest don’t matter and he makes the same lame excuses that he used to tear into the BLP government for.

If Wishing in Vain is a true indication of his bunch we have been had.

  31. Wishing in Vain

If as has been clearly stated and documented the use of a private charter is costing us the taxpayers the same as a commercial service, honestly I have no issue with the use of a private aircraft service and it makes no difference who’s aircraft it is either, if we are so shallow to believe that the use of someone’s aircraft will determine the outcome of some mega issue we are a very disturbed bunch.
My real issues are more the ones like when Owen could change the use of a piece of land to benwfit from its sale. or the commissions shared between he and Hallam Nicholls for every gov’t owned vehicle and more recently the Coast Guard and even more recently their split on the prison project that started at US $ 60 million and ended up costing us US $ 144 million those are the things that catch my attention.

Come on grow up and stop talking a load of nonsense these same people could by taking up the phone and ask anything of either PM but I can assure you it does not mean that they will get their request met by this one by a phone call or by use of a plane, not this PM.

I am totally flabberghasted that BFP allowed someone to lie on our Prime Minister and having been found out that they published a lie, they persist in arguing a case based on a lie. And they continue to publish it. Amazing. Dishonest and downright petty.

BFP is still publishing this crap about the cost of a private jet. The Prime Minister already said in the House that he travelled to Trinidad on a private jet leased by the government at a cost equivalent to the Liat fare. What other trips is BFP talking about? Or are they just whipping up their nasty rumour mongering machine again?

I understand that only the Governor of the Central Bank and the Director of Finance are in New York with the Prime Minister and that they travelled on AA in full public view and will return tomorrow on AA. Tony Best interviewed the Prime Minister last night at the “secret” engagement that was attended by over 400 Barbadians! BFP lieas again.

A GIS release was circulated about his travels which is on the government web-site. So that fact, Mr. Anonymous, that the Nation, Advocate, Starcom and CBC didn’t carry it is no excuse for your jumping to conclusions! BFP made him do it again.

    *********************

    BFP Says,

1/ Who owned the private jet that he traveled to Trinidad on. Yes it makes a difference.
2/ The other trip was a previous trip to New York City. Who owned that jet?
3/ Never mind saying that the fare was the same as Liat etc. It is not the cost that matters. It is the relationships between the owner(s) of the jets and our government that matters.
4/ Finally… The costs should be published. We should not have to “take someone’s word” for it. That is not transparency. Trust, but verify.

When will you guys realize that big corporations and their influential bosses run countries and get what they want through the so called government of the day and not the other way around..why is any of the stuff reported here surprising to anyone.??

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

But where did the big corporations start from?

Sir Kyff I seem to recall ran a gas station down by the Globe.

Sir COW also started from humble beginnings.

To speak of big corporations without understanding how they got big is to fall into the trap Sir COW used to fall in and attribute all his success to hard work.

Sir Kyff seems to have more sense and just keeps his mouth shut.

The simple fact is that both of these large corporations exist in large part due to the taxpayer and Government.

    Their markets are protected.

The legends of their leaders as captains of industry are purely mythical.

In reality, you and I made them what they are through our Government, and theirs and the deals it struck on our behalf with them.

Influential bosses ……… who are they really remains to be seen.

They are not only found in big corporations.

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Do you mean TWT or Inkwell.

So far we are still to hear the truth from the man that counts.

Maybe we’ll get it when he gives us an update on his Government’s 100 day programme.

BTW, when is the 100 days up?

  65. Tony Hall

    BFP,
I think you guys should do some investigations, check and double check your sources before you come out with all these ramblings. I agree that the blogs serve a purpose but if this is your way to attract readership I am sorry for you. If you continue coming out with articles without solid facts you are going to eventually lose credibility.

    ******************

    BFP says,

So please tell us who owned the biz jets for the last two trips.
How much was paid by the government? Do the owners of the bizjets have any business with the Government of Barbados? Have they been given any approvals by government for land use, or are such approvals to happen during the term of this government?

  66. Rumplestilskin

    Illuminati.

  67. Gort

John, no excuses. This is the BFP site. They choose the headlines and their headlines and article on the use of a Bizjet are untruthful. They lied. They were corrected and still lie. I don’t trust them.

I think we need integrity legislation for blog operators. They lie. They are faceless. They don’t declare their business interests.etc. etc…

    *******************

    BFP says,

First of all, we qualified where the information came from.

Secondly, when someone disagrees with any of our stories, they can, and do, post their own information. When we see that it differs from what we’ve been told we highlighted it at the top of the story. (If the Nation News would do that, this country would be changed overnight)

Thirdly, if we had any sort of transparency from the PM this wouldn’t be an issue, would it?

Now, will a member of the DLP government kindly tell us about the past two bizjet trips to Trinidad and to New York City…

4/ Do the owners of the bizjets have any business with the government of Barbados? Have they been granted any land use permissions or will they be granted the same in the future?
5/ Finally… The costs should be published. We should not have to “take someone’s word” for it. That is not transparency. Trust, but verify.

  68. Wishing in Vain

You played on a lie and have been found wanting simple and plain as that no defence needed.

  69. John

    Gort

The simple test is whose version do you trust, somebody called Time Will Tell or somebody called Inkwell?

In a few days from now we will see whether we can trust a person called David Thompson or not.

He happens to be the PM for the next term, but like you, me, Inkwell or Time Will Tell he is really just a human being trying to do his/her best.

He gave us his version back in January and told us what we could expect to see in 100 days.

After 100 days, he either delivers or becomes another Time Will Tell or Inkwell or John or Gort.

Out of the four of us, Inkwell and Time Will Tell have the most at stake. Their hour cometh rather quickly.

Their credibility is on the line, kind of like David Thompson.

    The jet is a herring.

Even BFP is a herring, they are just providing the conduit for Inwell and TWT to put two conflicting versions of events.

    It’s about trust!!

    That’s the bottom line.

Cometh the day, cometh the hour.

    Let there be no excuses.

  70. BFP

    Hi John,

Sorry friend, but we have to disagree with you.

    It is not about trust.

It is about the public’s ability, and RIGHT, to verify for themselves the business of government and to have access to source information to do so.

It is about establishing rules of behaviour and conduct. About conflicts of interest. About gifts to elected and appointed public officials from persons who are doing business with those officials.

And it wasn’t only 100 days that David Thompson promised.

He promised that he would adopt a Ministerial Code IMMEDIATELY upon forming the government.

So no, John. It is not about us “trusting”, it is about our RIGHT to verify the business of our elected and appointed officials.

If trust is what it is all about, that trust was violated the moment that Thompson failed to adopt his Ministerial Code as promised.

  71. John

I agree they are two separate issues.

I was trying to show that Inkwell and TWT are in the same boat as David Thompson and sooner or later, one of them will deliver or not deliver on what they say.

Either way, one of the two, or two of the three, will never be trusted again, …. at least not by me.

They will be tolerated, but never trusted.

Guess I made allowances for immediately to become 100 days.

By the end of April I will have made my mind up how I am voting next time. It is more or less made up already.

A third party with credible candidates might make me reconsider.

None of the three had any need to say anything of which he/she was not sure or would not deliver.

  72. cooligan

BFP, My grandmother used to say that yuh cant be wrong and strong. Although you are right about ITAL and the fact that if there was transparency Mr. Citizen would not have to wonder about what was spent on a jet and the beneficiary You simply cannot avoid the fact that you may have printed an erroneous report about the PM’s activities on this occasion. If you have you should:

    1. Apologise for posting the inaccurate info despite having been mislead.
    2. force the person who provided the erroneous info to apologise or be banned
    3. then again highlight the need for ITAL to avoid rumour, misconceptions and general spin doctoring that murky the waters in which transactions in barbados take place and make it possible for bottom feeders to prosper.

be gracious or at least pretend that you understand the concept or risk losing some credibility. Sensationalism is only ok when its based on some element of fact.

    ************************

    BFP says,

    No problem, cooligan,

We’ll be happy to print a retraction of the part of the story that concerns only the current trip to New York, but certainly not an apology for our potential mistake unless the government immediately adopts a policy of transparency and public conflict of interest and integrity rules regarding the use of private aircraft by government officials both elected and appointed.

Secondly, you should take into consideration that we told everyone at the time we printed the story exactly who the source was and that it was an anonymous commenter with the handle of “Time Will Tell”.

Now… to print that retraction of that part of the story that deals with the current trip, we will need confirmation that satisfies all about how the PM flew to and from NYC this time. Perhaps a named government spokesperson could leave a comment with the details, or the details will magically appear in a Nation News article. After all, the Nation seems to be happy to accommodate the new government in so many ways – this should be a small thing.

As to Time Will Tell, he/she will be banned should confirmation be received. We have already stated that.

As to the balance of the article criticizing the Prime Minister for failing to be transparent with his biz jet use and for failing to adopt rules, and his broken promise of a Ministerial Code etc… Nope. That stays and so it should.

It is all about the right of citizens to be able to examine the business of government and to verify government’s actions through the free examination of source materials. It is called transparency, freedom of information and accountability.

Mr. Prime Minister, you said that you and your government were going to be transparent and accountable.

We are waiting for the details about your recent use of corporate aircraft.

“Trust us” is not good enough.

  73. J

BFP if you puplished a story about the PM using a private jet on this trip to New York and he in fact went by AA you must apologise.

However the fact that you and others made a fuss about the early private jet trip to Trinidad may mean that you are being heard and that is a good thing.

But if you do not want to lose credibility you must check your facts much more carefully before publishing.

  74. Nevermind pretzels

Did the PM go via American Airlines? Without a report in the local media or TRANSPARENCY like his itinerary posted on his webpage, how are BFP and the rest of us supposed to know what is the truth?

DLP and BLP members have both come onto this website and Barbados Underground and countered criticism with false information. Is this the case again with the information that Thompson went via AA?

BFP you keep firm until there is PROOF one way or another. The story has become larger and has developed but here on the blog we can discuss it back and forth.

BFP said it was posted as a comment when they featured the comment as an article. Then they featured the contrary comment about American Airlines right at the top. No fault by BFP. The questions about Thompy’s jet use are still valid. The questions about why he did not put rules in place immediately like he say during the election are valid.

Don’t back down BFP! These people wouldn’t know the word “ITAL” without you and BU.

  75. Olive

Anybody remember Kyf and the shrimp boat scandal of the seventies? You all think it is only now that he been having his way with politicians.

What I want to know is how Thompson could be flying all bout the world only just three months in Government and we facing the the biggest potential economic crisis the world has seen since 1973. He cant be serious. And now we hear he soon about to set sail for China. And since when does an ex-journalist get to chaperon a local press contingent. And to think we voted for change.

Well the time fast approaching when I going say I gave them a chance and they screwed up.

  76. Anon

This whole issue of when, where the PM and other Ministers travel could easliy be solved if there was the transparency alluded to in the manifesto. What is so difficult about informing the citizens of this country when members of the government are travelling on our business. Ministers Byer-Suckoo and Jones are away, I only know this because I read in the paper that there are others acting in their portfolios. Come on, you promised transparency, you complained about the last government but you know what, it’s as if they are still the government. This government is doing nothing differently and by the way whatever happened to the after cabinet press conferences. Just wondering!! I voted for change!!!

  77. Rumplestilskin

”biggest potential economic crisis the world has seen since 1973”

    Some are thinking since 1939!

”you complained about the last government but you know what, it’s as if they are still the government”

So, who IS actually running Barbados???

    Ho hum….

  78. Rumplestilskin

Wait. Hole on. I cyan believe my eyes neh. Wunna read de Sunay Sun article by one Clyde Griffith?

Dis is de same man who did suppossed tuh be de Leader of Guvment Bidness in de House during the last term of de BLP?

    It cyan be, nuh way!

Wuh you say? Nahhhh! Yuh drinking some ESAF?

I say it cyan be, I ent listenin to wunnah!

Nah. Stupse, it musse a differen Clyde Griffith or else de Sunday editor got de name wrong?!

    Cyah, Cyah!

Oh where, oh where does the ship sail, there I shall beeeeee!!!!!!!

Or deeee!! as the case may be!

PM in New York Again ?

I miss ” Time Will Tell” he knows something we don’t.

I think after the embarrasment that TWT caused to itself and the BFP it has gone underground.
Nothing loss if that is the case.

You must be smoking some bad-ass bonavist bush!

TWT and BFP have NOT been proven wrong, malicious, or worthy of criticism on such postings. Our Gov, is yet to publish the facts for ALL to see.

    Right or Wrong ?

  83. Wishing in Vain

The charge was that the PM travelled to New York by private jet, It was a proven lie if American Airlines can be considered a private jet well then he went by private jet.

    *************

    BFP says,

Which dates did he go to New York, and which mode of transportation did he use each time?

Transparency is not some anonymous posting on a blog. Transparency is official information posted officially for all to see.

Thompson is no different than Arthur in this respect.

Tell the world what you think about this!
