  • stupid revenging woman told everything to the papers. stupid woman.

  • Barbados soap operas

BFP lets not get into talking about the polo set and their affairs or for that matter any
of the local businessmen or politicians who have stories of infidelity and intrigue in many of their lives. You haven’t got enough space or time on your site.

All this proves is that money, position and power are not guarantees of happiness. Lets go after those Barbadians especially public officials who abuse their power, burn our money without any accountability and prevent us from hearing the truth

  • What about Johnny Kidd’s other business interests in Barbados? With money so tight perhaps Wendy could make a go at these as well?
Like Keble Worrell Limited, for instance.

  • I enjoyed it!

I don’t eat too many sweets, but once in a while they make life interesting.

  • This is the kind of trash story I feel is a waste of our time. We know the rich a famous live despicable personal lives a lot of the time, and they often frolic in Barbados.

I don’t think you intend us to pelt rotten mangos at their mansion to drive them from our island. So why cater to voyeurism with revelations like this?

Life is too short, for me at least, to care less. Some, like “aka”, may get a kick out of it. Chacun a son gout.

  • West Side Davie

What a venom filled woman to be interviewed like that! The title “A FAMILY TORN APART BY VIAGRA!” hits the mark. More truth in that statement then some would like to believe.

  • Ho Hum is anyone really interested?

  • Tabloid material. I do not know why you worried to publish.

What goes on in our little Bimshire ‘locally’ is much more colourful and shocking, no?

  • BFP,

Are we really interested in the precious inanities of these people so devoid of substance and much else besides? We have a destiny to mould in this country. Ignore them…

  • BFP Cliverton Not Signed In

Judging by the number of hits, and the people following through with the linked story… yes, we apparently are interested!

Readers shouldn’t be too concerned that we will make a habit of this type of story, but one must have a little variety in life, don’t you think?

  • OK, I may be wrong…No wonder though that others control the economy…

  • I am sorry for the family, especially the children, but I noticed in the link that this couple provided a “safe haven” for Princess Margaret to cheat on her husband. It is a rather hypocritical to encourage somebody else to have an extramarital affair and then complain when your own spouse has one.

  • BFP Cliverton Not Signed In

Kathy said: “It is a rather hypocritical to encourage somebody else to have an extramarital affair and then complain when your own spouse has one.”

    Exactly Kathy!

“What goes around comes around” and “Do unto others…” are two of life’s truths that come to mind here.

Besides, I would never cheat on any of my women! ;-)

  • It is narrow minded to think that this story has no bearing on the lives of Barbadians.

If Wendy starts to look more closely she may well find far more in the Barbados mortar than the pestle.

Wendy, I hope you get your fair share.

  • The Kidd Family are going through a rough time,
but none of them are as sad you guys. You are posting your worthless views on very substandard site. Maybe you should all take a look in the mirror and take a day of from being keyboard super heros and take a walk, lose some weight, do something to help the world instead of dribbling crap.
    thanks
    Hmm (your Friendly Poster )

  • Hmm, are you kidding (no pun intended)! This is a very high-quality site. It obviously gets a lot of hits, the reporting is a lot more balanced than any other media in Barbados, and it has enough sophistication to stave off constant security and identity attacks. It has survived for over a year in a hostile environment. BFP rocks!

OK, the lifestyles of the rich and unfaithful may be one of the less intellectual areas of the site, but you can’t be all work and no play, and it is relevant to Barbados. The references to Barbados in the Daily Mail would pop up on my radar. Holders has been in the news a lot recently. Plus I understand that Mr. Kidd was involved in Keble Worrell, one of the mysterious companies dabbling in the Kingsland Estates pie.

    There is a Barbados connection!

  • But, yes, I do need to go outside, take a walk, and lose some weight! BFP is just too addictive!

  • Hmm definitely got lost looking for a gaming blog. Kathy dont let him ruffle your feathers.

  • Have the people in Barbados been paying close attention to the sudden onslaught of newspaper coverage, radio talk, T.V. talk , and all kind of talk by the PM and
Ministers of the BLP. Well it seems that after 12 years these people have come out of their stupor and realize all the things that need to be fixed in Barbados…all the previous “election promises” that have been broken during their last three outings.

Listen up people, this party is already positioning itself for the next election and as such, hustling to get their “to do” list done before that time. But watch out for the fallout from the WCC fiasco in dollars and “sense” and add the expenditures that will incur from trying to complete the “to do” list before the next election, and you will find BIM in a
real economic mess. The PM might be an Economist but he only seem to be good at managing his personal assets and not the taxpayers.

I think it’s time to give David Thompson and his party a chance. Afterall, the man is extremely intelligent and I feel is “a man of the people”. Besides, I don’t think they can do more harm than what’s already been done to this economy.

By the way I’m just a concerned citizen who have always voted for the party whom I feel would do the best job…King Arthur and his knights of the round table are just not cutting it for me this time around.

  • In total agreement with you Patty on this one !

Time to get these BLP hoodlums out of the corridors of government…..!!

That is the message we have to send to them !!!

Wake up and Rise O ye mighty PEOPLE….!!!

  • Patty,

I agree with you. Electioneering has already started. Relatives have told me that Dale Marshall held a constituency meeting in St. Joseph two weeks ago and the HOSA was supposed to attend. Apparently, they have not been seeing him for a good while, although he seems to act on some complaints. Especially those from seniors. Dont yet know the outcomes, if any. Probably more promises.

  • constituents need to demand and be seen to demand at all constituent meetings, answers to why transparency legislation has not been implemented by the BLP in over 12 years and if DLP constituents, why their leader has not symbolically already introduced this in the house as a sign of positive and fundamental change.

Come on people a little less talk and a little more action. No more coronations. If they can’t frankly and correctly answer the questions—throw them out!

  • who care the old english blood coming out again pretend its 1802 again and barbados is the rum stop again all those old freaks come out at night ah ah

  • totally ripped off

I have more than an amusing story about Mr J Kidds and his antics ie. recording studio on holders!!! The rich aye – ha ha – take that which is not theirs! and yes, yet another (not to mention) ‘VERY BIG’ story begins. That is, if your interested?
